Home far away from Home

I had the opportunity to live in this beautiful place for about 9 months while I was a full-time college student. Whether you are relocating to work or study, this place is a true gem! There are beautiful landscapes everywhere you go, and there are different hiking trails around the area as well! Pretty nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood. Great for walks after a long, busy day! I liked that the bathroom had separate sinks, as the other tenant and I could share the common space while still having our own storage; it worked out pretty well. I never had a problem with sharing the bathroom; we were both mindful and respectful of each other's time. Overall, great place and highly recommended! Thank you so much, Melissa, for making my stay pretty comfy and homey, and for being supportive, respectful, and kind.

Best Place Ever!

I recently relocated from Texas to California and was in search of a place to stay. I found a home with Melissa, and it has been a truly positive experience. The house is beautiful and located in a safe neighborhood. It's conveniently situated near shopping areas and the beach, making it an ideal location. Additionally, other attractions are within a short driving distance. Melissa has been an excellent hostfriendly and kind, which has contributed to a wonderful living arrangement. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a room; it definitely deserves high praise.
