Worked for me and Bosco!

My dog and I lived with Gage from October 2024 to April of 2026. Gage was a great host. He allowed me to build a little fence in the yard for my dog and even let him out on days I was working late. He was respectful of my space and never had any conflicts. The spacious basement made a nice domicile for my time in Minnesota. The neighborhood is quant and quiet with a big great park just a stones throw away. Overall Gage is a good human with a kind heart. Two paws and two thumbs up.

I was happy there.

I lived 11 months at Gage place, from 9/2023 to 8/2024. I was working at Abbot Northwestern hospital, and it was only a 15 minute drive away, which was very convenient. He is a great host, always ready to answer any question, always ready to help. I lived with my cat, and my cat is very noisy, but Gage loved him and always took care of him when I was in the hospital for days. Gage always let my cat come to him and kept him company, so my cat did not feel lonely. I am very grateful to Gaje for his hospitality and for his big heart. Thank you, Gage, we miss you, and Petrushka (my cat's name) says hello.

Do not reccomend

At first it was nice. Even had another travel nurse come and she ended up ending her contract early because of how things got. He would have the entire house smelling like weed. Was inconsiderate that we had work in the morning would be up all night talking loud playing games on Xbox or whatever. Even though it says AC he will not let you turn it on. He took the cover off so it could not be used. He would go into my private space and turn off the window unit. Would leave dirty dishes around for up to 2 weeks until I got tired of looking at them and wash them. Definitely do not recommend. Only gave 1 star because I had to to leave a review.

Quiet and spacious

Very quiet area and quiet house. Love being able to have my own bathroom, did wish it had a tub. Was able to have my cats with which was a plus! Was able to have my boyfriend over whenever and didnt get any crazy overbearing rules. Was a quiet place for me to work at home for a couple months until I could buy my house.
