Wonderful Stay - Comfortable, Convenient, and a Great Host

We stayed here for two and a half months and had a great experience. The apartment was exactly what we needed — clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The host was wonderful to work with, very responsive, and made the entire stay easy and stress-free. We truly appreciated how welcoming and accommodating Kat was throughout our time there. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable stay.

Excellent Apt; Safe Area

My husband and I stayed here for almost 10 months while our new home was being built. The location was fantastic and near several local universities. The public library and small town Main Street were a stone's throw away. Great local dog park. I felt very safe and welcomed here. The host was extremely flexible and accommodating. Highly recommend to other faculty.

Best rental host

KM is a great host. She truly cares about her tenants. She is available to help me when I need while she respects my privacy. I feel very comfortable and safe to live at her house.

My family and I stayed here for 3 months and it became our home away from home! The landlord was so sweet and welcoming. She responded quickly when we needed something and was so wonderful to my dogs and kids. The location is great. It's close to everything and in a cute, quiet neighborhood. If I ever choose to go back out there for work, I wouldn't look for any place else to stay but here! Definitely recommend
