My stay

I stayed in this ADU for about 8 months, and it was a great place to call home during that time. The space was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed for an extended stay. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, making it easy to relax after work and enjoy my time there. The landlord was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Any questions or maintenance requests were handled promptly, which I really appreciated. Overall, my experience was very positive, and I would happily recommend this ADU to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-kept place to stay, whether for a short visit or a longer-term rental.

Everything you need + convenient location to Pasadena

I stayed here solo for 3 months and it was very comfortable! The landlord was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. If there were every any issues (and there were very few), he was quick to respond and remedy the situation. The neighborhood is very safe and only a 5 min drive from Downtown Pasadena. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

If youre looking for a cozy and comfortable unit in Pasadena this is it. The hosts are extremely kind, accommodating and will make you feel right at home. Its a safe and quiet location right next to the Rose Bowl which has an excellent grassy park and walking path that are open to the public. The neighbors are also very quiet, friendly and respectful. The unit itself is very clean, has nice appliances and a great blackout curtain for sleeping. I cant recommend it enough!

I had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful apartment. There was plenty of space for and it was nice to have the convenience of a kitchen and laundry. The owners are extremely helpful and kind with such great energy. I loved that I could visit the LA tourist sites, but still come to a quieter part of Cali and be able to spend time at the Rose Bowl to just relax at the park in between visits. Great location, great price, great apartment, and overall great experience. Can't wait to stay there again!

Mom & Son Trip to Pasadena

Southern California has always held a special place in my heart! My one year old son and I recently went for a mother and son trip and I was so happy with our space. It served its purpose in so many ways with a quaint living area, roomy dining area, full kitchen and laundry in unit. The studio layout also offers an option to divide the room with a room divider, which I really appreciated since my son is used to sleeping in his own room. We visited in December and mornings were cool.. even in winter Pasadena has so much to offer. I couldnt have asked for a better space indoor and out. We will definitely visit again.
