Beautiful!!!

My husband and I stayed here for a few months last summer, while working in Gainesville. It is a beautiful townhouse, smells amazing, great location and quiet! Loved having the w/d on the second floor and the couch and bed were super comfortable too! We would definitely recommend staying here if you have the chance! Shari was a wonderful host!

My boyfriend and I stayed here with our 2 dogs for 6 days while evacuating south Florida from a hurricane. The space is amazing. Updated, finely decorated and has all the little pluses you could ask for. We cooked full meals in the kitchen and had everything we needed. We were happy to have the washer and dryer on hand in the unit since we stayed for almost a week. The internet was quick and efficient. And the small fenced backyard was perfect to let the dogs out and relax on the screened porch. 10/10 would stay here again.

A Very Nice Place to Stay

The property was super clean and the area is very quiet and peaceful. It was very convenient to work and shopping. The property owner, Shari was always a phone call away if I needed anything. I loved having a parking space right in front and there are plenty of parking spaces. I really enjoyed my stay. I will definitely stay again if I get another chance.
