I stayed here as a single female with my pup from 11/25-4/26 and loved it! The AC works wonderfully, washer/dryer are huge, bed is comfy, the kitchen has all the essentials and more (air fryer AND rice cooker), enough storage and closet space (I travel with lots of things!) and the area in general is super safe and in a very convenient location for tempe, mesa, phoenix, and scottsdale activities. I worked at Banner Mesa and my commute was <10 min. The area is also super dog friendly!! The pool and hot tub are an obvious plus. Overall, I absolutely would return and I'm very sad to leave.

Ive rented with Steve before and have nothing but good things to say! His apartments are clean, well stocked and I always felt safe. He is easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions you may have. I look forward to coming back in the future

Excellent Experience
This unit is excellent with great furniture, appliances and small necessities. Steve was responsive and easy to work with. The condo complex is safe, quiet, gated and close proximity to so much. I would stay here again if I returned to AZ.

This apartment was great as was S, I was here for 6 months and loved it! S always answered promptly and I had no issues. This apartment has everything you could need!

Papago Park condo
We enjoyed staying at the Riverwalk Condo. The ground floor condo was very nice and well equipped.. We were able to use the storage closet to store our extra belongings. The grounds have a waterfall and pond which was a nice feature and a very nice pool. The best part is its location to Papago Park, Zoo and botanical garden!

5 Star Travel Nurse Property
Relaxing and safe condo unit that we'll miss. We extended here once already and wish we could bring this property with us everywhere we go. The entire community is safe and located near so many nice restaurants and experiences. If we end up in Phoenix again we will be looking to stay here again. Landlord is reliable, responsive, and an expert in the area.
