Our stay at Johannahs home was wonderful. Without a doubt, her warmth, dedication, and attentiveness make her the best property manager we've ever rented with. From the moment we contacted her, she was fully responsive and addressed all of our questions quickly and professionally. The house is very spacious, impeccably clean, and had everything we need to make our stay perfect! The furniture was comfortable and well kept, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook, and the appliances were in great condition! We loved all the community amenities, especially the pickleball courts! What truly sets this home apart is Johannahs exceptional service. She goes above and beyond, always ensuring that every need is met with promptness and care. Her commitment to maintaining a beautiful, welcoming space makes all the difference when we rent homes .

Amazing Home Away From Home"

Beautifully updated and well appointed unit in a great gated community. The condo is sparkling clean and fresh with everything you need to enjoy your time in the desert. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with new appliances. Spacious and welcoming rooms throughout. We found everything perfect for our stay. The hosts are welcoming and easy to communicate with. Front and back patios with BBQ and tables are great for outside relaxing. The amenities (pools, tennis and pickleball courts, clubhouse) in Desert Breezes are central, clean and accessible. The people we met were friendly and helpful. Thank you to Johanna and Chris for hosting us in their wonderful unit. We will be back.

THE BEST PLACE

My partner and I stayed here for our travel PT contract in Palm Desert and could not have asked for anything more. J is the best homeowner we have ever worked with and takes care of her home and tenants like family! The house is spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything you could possibly need (sheets, towels, cooking supplies, cleaning supplies). Multiple TVs, washer/dryer, and comfortable furniture. The community is quiet and has multiple pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, and tennis/pickleball courts. Easy parking. We felt the perfect balance of being on vacation and being home here. Cannot say enough wonderful things about the home, community, and Johannah herself who goes above and beyond. She can help with anything at the home and takes care of things when needed. Best place we have stayed by far on our travel careers!

Lovely stay!

This place was amazing and bigger than expected! Well furnished & a very comfortable king sized bed. Cable TV, huge living room smart TV with smart TVs in both rooms were a huge plus! Kitchen had all the essentials we needed with good storage. Washer & Dryer also worked as needed with no issues. WiFi included & AC saved us all summer. Landlords were quick to respond and easy to communicate with any issues we had & also very kind. There were many pools, tennis courts, club house gym, pickleball courts in this safe & quiet gated community. Overall it was an awesome stay with great amenities and definitely recommend to others (:

The perfect get-away!

Cannot say enough good things about this property and hosts! Better than described in listing, and just perfect in every way! The condo is roomy, well furnished, nicely decorated, completely stocked with daily needs. Desert Breezes facilities (club house, gym, tennis and pickle ball courts, and pool) are right across the street! The included wi-fi and big screen streaming services were great, and the condo's private patios are perfect for morning, afternoon and evening sit-downs. The covered parking is just the cherry on top for this property! And talk about a perfect location! Desert Breezes is centrally located to EVERYTHING shopping, dining, sports venues, entertainment, and health care. Hosts are fantastic they were friendly, helpful and obviously dedicated to making our stay a good one, and always available for questions. They even checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was to our liking! Highly recommended and we WILL be back!
