Best Property on Furnished Finder

I cannot recommend this property enough. Mark and Kirsten are wonderful people and great landlords. They have made my stay absolutely perfect with zero complaints on my end. They give plenty of privacy while also making sure I had everything I needed. The apartment itself is awesome, close to all the hospitals and shopping, and in a very quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend this property, especially for first time renters on furnished finder like I was. 10/10!

Excellent place and location!!

I stayed at this house for 2 months while on a clinical rotation in the area. The house was clean, had everything I needed, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is great, close to grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. Kirsten was very helpful, and reached out to check in and see if I needed anything multiple times. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself back in town.

I stayed in the studio for almost 6 months. The apartment has everything you would need and was a perfect home away from my home. The bed is comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. The shower is great with water pressure and water that gets really hot which is nice after a long work day. The apartment is very well taken care of and a welcoming feeling. The host checked in often asking if anything was needed and just making sure things were good.

My stay in this charming studio was unmatched. From start to finish, everything about this rental exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail and the thoughtful gestures did not go unnoticed. First and foremost, the communication was exceptional. M and K were prompt, friendly, incredibly helpful and always went above and beyond. They made sure I was comfortable and always welcomed suggestions to what the apartment could use to make my stay even better. It was the perfect set up for my needs and it was evident that they put a great deal of effort into making it just right. The furnishings were perfect, and the decor created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The location is in a safe neighborhood, while also being close to several highways, which was important to me. M and K are truly amazing people and I really enjoyed their thoughtfulness throughout my stay. I will miss them and this truly charming little studio. Thank you both for the perfect home away from home.

Perfect little palace near everything!

This stunning studio was amazing and adorable, just like the hosts! This very comfy, very clean, and very aesthetically pleasing home away from home was everything this nurse needed. The bed, with it's down duvet cover, perfect pillows and hotel style mattress made me feel rested and ready to face my long days at the hospital. The beautifully well appointed bathroom with its rain head shower made my showers so relaxing. As for the hosts of this beautiful little gem, they both are just as exquisite as this studio they so thoughtfully designed. I will miss my time in Greeley and I will miss seeing these two wonderful people.

Great space!

This is a great little space, close to hospitals, breweries, shopping, and restaurants. The landlords are very responsive to any needs and concerns. And an easy drive to Loveland, Fort Collins, and hiking in the mountains!
