Very charming Hawaiian plantation style home at 2,500 ft altitude with bi-coastal views and 450 sq ft living space. Maui upcountry setting is cool and quiet with average temperatures about 60F to 80F degrees year round; no a/c or heater needed. The downstairs unit has its own private entry and is well sound proofed and insulated. There is a large yard with fire pit, BBQ grill, and spectacular views of Kahului and the airport...
Space
The space is our downstairs unit with it's own parking, and private entrance. There is also a very friendly six year old AKA Golden Retriever Champion show dog who lives on the property.
Neighborhood overview
Upcountry Kula is a cool and quiet location with incredible views and sunsets, especially in the fall and winter. It is very easy and convenient to access Kula Hwy, and no time is wasted to get to and from your destinations.

Amazing, cozy home in beautiful Kula
I've had an amazing time living in my beautiful ohana in Kula. Brenda and Chuck are wonderful, kind landlords who were always available for any and all assistance. I've felt so welcome and at home. The unit is amazing. comfortable and quiet. The view of the West Mauis and backyard space (with a fire pit) can't be beat. I cherished my time here. Mahalo for my stay!

Great Place to Stay in Maui
I stayed here for 3 months while working at Maui Memorial. It took about 25 minutes to drive to work but the views were beautiful. This unit is just as the pictures show. Its a great place to live with a kitchen, washer & dryer. The landlords are friendly and were available anytime I needed them. Its quiet, private place to stay Upcountry. The weather felt amazing everyday too.
