Lovely home with two bedrooms for rent in Tomkins Cove , NY

Home away from home!

I had chosen to stay here after seeing all of the previous outstanding reviews and am glad to say that my time with Juan and the family has far exceeded my expectations. My privacy was kept, the house was clean, and if I had any issues, Juan was sure to address them and help out in any possible way. The house is 15 minutes from a Shoprite and Aldis with the beautiful Hudson Valley surrounding it. There has been nothing but kindness that reminded me of family and would happily stay here again if needed.

Safe, Serene Life Savers

Juan and Elisabed's home was a true sanctuary during one of the most stressful times of our lives. After our house contract fell through our literal day of arrival after a cross-country move for work, we found ourselves in limbo-with either a locked-in, EXTREMELY expensive work-housing situation or a rental with immediate availability as options. Thankfully, we found this beautiful, serene home. The family was quiet, friendly, very clean, incredibly respectful of our space, and best of all-completely normal (a huge relief when navigating shared living). We had concerns about safety when looking through properties listed on this app, but we can wholeheartedly say: you will feel safe and at ease with this lovely couple. We highly recommend staying with them, and will immediately do so on their availability if we find ourselves in need again. An aside: after nearly a year in NY, we've found this home boasts one of the most beautiful sunset views in the Hudson Valley. -Song and Lewis

AN AWESOME PLACE

From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive to my needs, the room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean, not to mention the rest of the house which was impressively well-maintained. Additionally, the shared kitchen was very well-equipped and allowed me to prepare my own meals. It was an unforgettable experience!

Luxurious stay with exceptional hospitality

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property for two months, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The owners, who also reside there, were exceptionally hospitable, making sure every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The house itself is stunning, equipped with all the amenities one could ask for-including a top-notch coffee machine, a large television, a relaxing jacuzzi, and a swimming pool that was perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Every corner of the home was immaculately maintained, and the beauty of the place added so much to my overall experience. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a place that offers comfort, luxury, and a warm welcome. Should I find myself working in the area again, I wouldn't hesitate to return. An absolute gem!

Home away from Home

This lovely home was a perfect place for me as a first time traveler. I was nervous about finding the right place for my first travel assignment, and the host ensured me of that before we even met. I was welcomed with open arms from the day I arrived until the day I left by both of the hosts. They treated me like their own and Im very grateful for their hospitality. If Im ever in the area again, Id stay here without any hesitation.
