Paul let me stay in his apartment while I was in town working for a few months. The place was beautiful, clean, quiet, and constantly seeing deers 50 feet from your entrance was a huge bonus! I would highly recommend to friends and family

Excellent unit

The apartment is conveniently located and peaceful at the same time ! You live in a quiet, forested, gated area, while still being 10 minutes away from many shopping locations. There is everything you need to make your stay comfortable, whether it is short or long - I spent a year in this unit and had a really great time living here. Paul is easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Had I had to stay longer in Georgia, it would definitely have been there !

I have been in this unit for over a year and absolutely love this place! This unit has everything you will need and more! Its a gated area away from other homes giving you that feeling of a Country Vibe but right in town. As you drive through the gate, you will cross a small covered bridge leading up to the house with your own parking space. Its located close to great shopping and restaurants and more. The unit has very nice, updated dcor, very spacious unit, Two big screen TVs with Direct and Apple TV, the NEST thermostat, stainless steel fridge, a beautiful trey ceiling in the living room, your own updated washer and dryer and the use of gym equipment. Its so nice to wake up to see a few deer outside your unit every morning and even more to see when returning from work in the afternoon. If I hadnt relocated to TN I would have stayed here indefinitely. The landlord, Paul, is outstanding! He is GREAT to work with, is really nice and a good-hearted person whom I will surely miss!
