Slick renovated apartment close to hip neighborhood.

I stayed here for a month while in town working on a television series and really enjoyed it. M**** has lovingly restored this property in a slick and modern way. Good updates with plenty old charm in the original wood floors. It's a little off the beating path, but still close enough to enjoy downtown Savannah life. A short 10 min walk gets you to the south end of Forsyth park which has plenty of cool shops/coffee/and bars. It ended being my favorite neighborhood. There's a dedicated parking area for tenants, which was a huge plus. I would run into other neighbors outside sometimes and they were always polite. It's also a quick 8 min drive to a Planet Fitness and a Whole Foods, if that matters to you. If I ever needed anything M**** was very attentive and ready to assist. It made a very comfortable home base while in Savannah. I would definitely stay here again. -E
