Great Stay!
Stayed here for 3 months. No issues or problems. Great location. David was more than helpful with any requests. Homey, quaint, and clean. Private entrance with nice leisure area in the backyard. I'll rent this space out again if I ever need to in the future for sure.

Wonderful stay with great host!
D was a very responsive and receptive host. Always quick to help us with any concerns and supplied us with all needed items. Backyard is wonderful. Interior space is homey and fit our needs well. Location is close to Tacoma General hospital; also close access to highways for trips to Seattle, the coast, and cascades. Good neighborhood not far from necessities and restaurants on 6th street. Plenty of privacy with a private entrance.
