Perfect stay at a beach

Im a travel physical therapist and thoroughly enjoyed my four months living in this studio. Mary is such a kind, accommodating, thoughtful person, and I couldnt have asked for more. The shower is downright amazing, and I always slept so wonderfully in the bed that I plan on purchasing the same bed when I have my own home in the future. The whole place is cozy and modern, and perfect if youre looking to live in Cardiff super close to the beach. 5 stars all around!

Fantastic stay in Cardiff

M's place in Cardiff was great. The apartment was spotless, it had a top-notch shower and modern amenities. Situated in a great neighborhood, it offered quick access to the beach and freeway, perfect for both work and leisure. M was exceptionally responsive and accommodating, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience the entire time! I highly recommend it for a professional stay in Cardiff.

Great rental !

Beautiful rental in Cardiff with a killer street view! The place is pet friendly and is located in the heart of Cardiff by the sea. The alluring neighborhood makes perfect for afternoon walks, and is very safe. The rental itself offers a good size walk in shower and stainless steel appliances including an oven for your dinner nights! The studio is equipped with a wall A/C and ceiling fan as well as a breakfast bar and full size mirror doors on the closet! Overall the room layout provides a spacious ambiance. Private laundry room is also available. The landlord is also very professional and available for any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend / stay again if needed!

Quiet, Comfy, and Clean

M studio is the perfect place for a travel nurse. It's a private unit on the lower level of the main house w/ access to laundry. It's clean, modern, and has the most comfortable bed I've slept on while on the road. The shower has a rain shower-head which was a nice touch too. There's a full kitchen so cooking was a breeze. And you can't beat the location, the beach is walkable or a <5 min drive. I'd highly recommend M place for anyone needing a short-term furnished rental that's quiet and cozy.
