Modern Westside Basement Apartment- Newly Finished

The apartment was a good size for being a basement apartment. There were tenets upstairs and i heard foot steps more than anything, it was what I expected living in a basement apartment. Neighborhood was quiet, there is a Safeway close by and some restaurants. I had a couple plumbing problems but they were taken care of in a timely manner. Tyler was easy to communicate with and replied quickly. I would happily rent from him again if needed.

We enjoyed our 3 month stay here! Its a nice neighborhood and takes 10 minutes to get to work in the morning. The host is great and very accommodating! I would come stay again :)

Cozy

Weve enjoyed our stay here. Quaint hideaway apartment. Modern and well furnished. Well stocked and clean like an AirBnB. Easy parking quiet neighborhood. Good location for access to shopping, restaurants. Walking distance to downtown. Cozy and comfortable.

Great property/ Wonderful Landlord

This is a great property in a nice quiet neighborhood. Very convenient for the person that loves to walk. Grocery, drug store, restaurants are all within a reasonable walking distance. The landlord is very quick to respond to any needs, and otherwise does not bother you. The only downside is that this is not a place that is conducive for a night shift person. The upstairs neighbors are very noisy during the day, with running all over the house. The yelling and screaming can also be quite bothersome. Nights are very quiet though. So if you work nights, I would not recommend staying here. But other than that I enjoyed this place.
