Wow, what a home! Great neighborhood 10 mn from MPLS airport. Walking, biking, bird-watching near by. Groceries, coffee, libraries are close! Furnished room available in furnished home where the owner lives. If you need private, quiet time, this is perfect! If you need someone to ask questions, or chat with briefly, thats OK too.
Neighborhood overview
Quiet neighborhood, with lots of parks and walking trails nearby. Large park is only 3 blocks away w ball fields, swimming pool, ice skating, and more. I have lived here for 35 years and have several friendly neighbors nearby in this safe neighborhood. Mall of America is 5 min away, MSP airport is close too, maybe 10 min drive. My house is about 5 min from many major highways making it for easy traveling.

My landlady was friendly and very accommodating. It's her house so its a shared kitchen and laundry. She made sure I had room for food and other things. Its on a main street so there's some traffic noise, otherwise quiet and safe. Buttercup the dog is friendly and will talk to you. She doesnt bark much unless squirrels are seen. Pearl the cat is also friendly. Within 2 miles of grocery/pharmacy/restaurants. About 5 miles to Mall of America. 10ish to downtown Minneapolis. Lots to see and do.
