Cozy Apartment

I stayed here for about 7 months while on contract. Nice, quiet neighborhood, never any issues, even coming in late at night. C is quick to respond & is easy to work with.

Comfortable Stay

Stayed here for 3 months and it was really an awesome place to come back to after a long day at work. It was very comfortable. The neighborhood was very safe, never had any issues during my stay. Landlord was very quick to respond and was always helpful with any issues. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Excellent

This property makes you feel right at home and is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. I never had any issues with my car parking on the street. Very spacious and comfortable. Laundry is made easy due to it being in the basement and you only share it with another tenant. The landlords are extremely easy to talk to if anything comes up. I would highly recommend!

Great Stay!

I stayed for about 3 months for a travel assignment and this place made the transition comfortable. The home was clean and looked as advertised. The street is quiet as are the neighbors. I had no parking issues or concerns about safety. The downstairs tenant was very friendly. It was a close commute to Barnes. Mostly, everything that I needed was available, Chris was very responsive, helpful and professional. Thanks for hosting!

Very cute and cozy townhouse

Me and my travel partner came and stayed here for several months. We loved it! Owner is very nice and very responsive to messages and requests. Neighborhood is a little sketchy but not bad for the area. My car got broken into one time in about 7 months.

The place is very nice and has everything you need for a long stay in St. Louis. C is very communicative and welcoming! Couldnt have asked for a better experience. Very safe and quiet area!

Recommend this place

Its a cozy calm apartment. I didnt have any issue living in this area. Im a travel nurse and it was 20 minutes drive to BJC. Chris was very helpful and easy to communicate.

Where do I begin this amazing place was a home away from home.. I mean I LOVED everything about this place I hated I had to leave lol. C was an amazing landlord he made my stay in st.Louis a breeze!!

Great place to stay! C was fair, responsive and an overall fantastic landlord for my time in STL. It was a safe location and comfortable living space. I would definitely stay again if I find myself back in STL!
