Comfortable, responsive host, convenient location

, , . Twolock entry and garage were great. Bed was comfortable, living room cozy, and the extra room with daybed/trundle was helpful (trundle could be sturdier). Corey was very responsive and added a safety gate for the spiral stairs when we asked. : close to parks, libraries, malls, Costco, and the train station. The area is moderaterisk, but neighbors were friendly. Bushnell Park is great for kids during the day, less so at night. : upstairs runs warmer in colder months; bonus room needs privacy curtains due to streetlight glare. Deposit ($2k) and cleaning fee ($250) are high for FF. Corey refunded the deposit within the contract window; digital refund wouldve been easier. We cleaned the place ourselves and appreciated getting part of the fee back. Four stars reflect the property/location not the host.

Comfortable Stay

I booked a stay here and was shocked how clean and cozy the place was. The host made check-in easy. The host was very responsive anytime I needed him. Everything I needed was furnished in the hosts place. This was truly a home away from home.
