Great location, brand new place

I stayed here for a month while working remotely and loved it - the location can't be beat. It's quiet and as a young woman living alone, I always felt safe - street parking is easy and I never had an issue finding a spot. Landlord and his family are kind and welcoming, and he is very responsive. The central AC is a must in the summertime in Savannah and everything was brand new and clean, and the in-unit washer/dryer is a huge plus. It's walking distance to a library branch, cafes and restaurants and not to mention a quick walk/bike ride to Forsyth Park, and about a 40 minute walk to River Street. If I ever return to Savannah, I will definitely stay here again.
