Excellent stay

I am currently staying at this property and my stay has been great! The landlord Jason has been consistently responsive, professional, and attentive to any concerns, addressing issues promptly and effectively. The unit is the perfect size for two people. It's clean, private, comfortable, and well maintained. The small yard was an added bonus, providing a convenient space for my two small dogs. Overall, this property offers a great combination of comfort, functionality, and exceptional management. I highly recommend it to future tenants.

Great Property

I stayed at this property for almost a year. The commute to work wasnt bad as the interstate is close. The landlords were great and respected my privacy, but were also readily available with any questions or concerns I had. The small yard was a major selling point for me since I was traveling with my dog. The yard was secure and I felt comfortable leaving him outside, weather permitting, when I would work. Overall the ADU was a great find and I would stay there again if I were to work in the area again.

I very much enjoyed my stay here. The property was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space and felt very private. Had everything I needed (laundry, kitchen, AC) The neighborhood is quiet and safe and the owner is very helpful and kind!

Great place & great host!

Stayed here while working at Stanford healthcare! Commute wasn't too bad, route taken didn't have much traffic. There are also closer hospitals if you're working in San Jose. Host was super accommodating with date and changes and such. The place is super cute & modern, all new appliances. Everything worked great. There is even a cute little deck on the side of the place with two chairs you can sit and enjoy the weather. I would recommend staying here to anyone!
