I stayed here when my home, in the same neighborhood, flooded due to a frozen pipe. The apartment is set way back from the quiet cul-de-sac, with grazing land and a good view. The neighborhood is safe and walkable as it winds around the Guadalupe river and a previous golf course. Paddling trails and fishing can be accessed from the neighborhood boat ramp. The apartment is large, I'm guessing it's over 1,000 sq. ft, 2 br/1 bath, very clean with private laundry. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking your meals. The landlord is very nice and willing to help you out if you need anything.
