PLEASE READ !!!!

I found this apartment on this site & since I was looking to rent an apartment for , I contacted the owner Payton or Im not sure if she is a 3rd party but at first she responded to my message almost immediately and instructed me to book his unit. After fully paying for the first month rent and full security deposit of the same price as the rent. We went to the apartment and here is when the nightmare started. The kitchen cabinets were dirty, dirty, silverware, refrigerator, cabinets, stains inside the fridge and microwave, dirty oven. The living room couch was full of dog hair, the windows outside of the apartment complex with dead flies everywhere, if this app allows me to post photos I will do so any moment so everyone can see the proof of the disturbance of this property. The worst part was that the owner of this property did not care, neglect care in every-way possible as a tenant. At one point in my experience here I thought this was a joke like legitimately someone was pranking me from how nonchalant the owner of this property treated me. After complaining to Payton, her attitude change and started to be defensive and not taking responsibility. She offered a cleaning lady the 1st time & she was a 15 year old girl who only walked in for 10-15 minutes to wipe down a few things & left slamming the gate door of the apartment property, Im telling you i felt as if I was on those reality shows because I was as in disbelief on my experience. She then felt bad about the 1st experience I had with the cleaning child, she then booked a woman to come clean the place after 3 weeks of me requesting at this point I am seeking to get out of this property. I declined the cleaning because I just wanted to leave this property immediately. The non responsive calls and text messages were just enough for me to not want to stay here any much longer. Since we already paid the first full month, and we were not enjoying our stay and Payton not caring was just unacceptable. I then requested to please allow me to leave I no longer was comfortable and she kept all the security deposit and I never heard from her again. I had mentioned we were leaving and she was asking us for $500 of rent for the last couple of days while we were packing our stuff to go because not only was I uncomfortable but also pregnant. I have never experienced something like this and I hope this never happeneds to any future tenants if they book here because it was a complete NIGHTMARE.
