Great stay and location!

Highly recommend this house! Great central Lakewood location in a quiet neighborhood. Andre was great to work with and always responsive. We enjoyed a fun and comfortable stay!

Flexible and kind

Andre was exceptional to work with. He is a truly kind human being. Our circumstances with the timing of selling our home turned out to be quite difficult and Andre worked with us every step of the way to help us have a rental to move into. We would definitely recommend this property and owner. Thanks so much Andre!

Great place for a few weeks

Andre was a life saver for us while we were in the process of relocating. We had one month to cover before we could move into our new home. The rental unit provided enough space for our family of 4. It offered everything we needed, from comfortable furniture to kitchen utensils and cookware. The space is clean and in good condition. It comes with a patch of yard, which is nice and even had a trampoline for the kids. Andre is a great host. He was responsive and helpful. However, remember that it is a basement unit that comes with a bit of humidity and a more closed up feeling, although there is plenty of light and windows in the bedrooms.

Our stay at this property was nothing short of fantastic. The house is spacious, beautifully furnished, and perfectly located for easy access to both downtown Denver and mountain adventures. The home is well-maintained with amenities that made my stay incredibly comfortable. The backyard is awesome!. Although Andre and Tiffany no longer live on-site, they were always quick to respond and extremely helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-located retreat.

Really nice house

This is a charming house in a great location. The owners live downstairs and are willing to do almost anything to make sure their guests are comfortable. Very responsive. I enjoyed my time there very much.

Beautiful Home, Amazing Location and Great Host!

If you're looking for a reliable stay near Denver, I highly recommend this house! It has everything you need at a competitive cost. Plenty of space, nice furniture and everything is up to date. The landlord is very reliable and has great communication.
