Step to Ochsner

Was very pleased with property location and amenities. Clean and quiet. Easy access to highway and bus stop . Close to New Orleans without the noise or crime concerns. Convenience store with gas on the corner. Grocery store within 2 blocks. Walking distance has a nice restaurant-The River Shack. 1 bedroom was just the right size for single occupant. Working night shift, did not experience any noise interruption. Landlord was accessible, respectful, and considerate. Being over a thousand miles from home alone, felt at ease with business arrangement. Would highly recommend the property and its owner. Wanted to award 4.5 stars but option not available. Only things lacking are washer/drier ( laundromats within 2 mile radius) one way street sometimes requires on street parking (may have to move larger vehicle partially onto grass median).
