Awesome landlords, they were so welcoming and gave court side basketball tickets to an NBA game. Very clean, modern, and excellent attention to detail. Everything we needed was there. Parking was convenient, close to hospital, quiet, clean, and all amentities. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Highly recommend.

If youre heading to Indianapolis and need a place to stay, look no further, this spot is truly an answered prayer. The home is beautiful, spotless, and perfectly sized for a solo traveler or couple. Located in Fountain Square, youre in one of Indys most walkable neighborhoods with great restaurants, bars, and local gems just steps away. Traffic north can get busy, but nothing unusual for a big city. What really sets this place apart are the landlords. Katy and Jeremy are fantastic, friendly, attentive, and incredibly quick to help with anything you need. Theyre true locals and huge sports fans, so if catching a game is on your list, theyll point you to the best spots and insider tips. Overall, staying here was one of the best decisions Ive made, and Id book again in a heartbeat. Youll have zero regrets choosing this place for your Indianapolis stay. Highly recommend.
