Perfect Tahoe Rental for a Winter Stay

Highly recommend staying here! I lived in this townhouse all winter and had a great experience. The location is perfect -- close to the town center, Heavenly Resort, restaurants, and everything South Lake Tahoe has to offer, while still being in a quiet neighborhood. Louis was an excellent landlord throughout my stay. He was always communicative, responsive, and quick to fix anything whenever needed, which made living here very easy and stress-free. The neighborhood also did a great job with snow removal during the winter, which was a huge plus. Overall, this was a fantastic place to live, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place in Tahoe.

Great Location

The place is in a great location, well-furnished, and felt like home. However, the landlord delayed mailing my refund check for over a week, despite my request for a faster method. Receiving it was a hassle since I had to use a friends address and have it forwarded. For travelers, checks are inconvenientmodern payment options like Venmo, Apple Pay, or Cash App would be much more practical.

Excellent condo in Tahoe

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while working at Barton hospital for 3 months! Centrally located in town, but away from main streets to remain quiet. Louis was a great host- good communication throughout and very responsive. The space was well kept and the king sized bed was very comfortable. 2nd bedroom available for guests to stay and my partner to have a work from home setup. We would definitely stay here again next time we're in the area!

Wonderful townhome close to Heavenly!

L is a phenomenal landlord and this property was perfect. I stayed here with my dog for a couple months as a remote worker who loves skiing! The condo has everything you may need: strong wifi, smart TV, fully stocked kitchen, covered parking, gear storage closet, laundry, and is central to everything South Lake Tahoe has to offer. If youre wanting to ski Heavenly, its right on the bus route! I loved staying here, and would highly recommend.
