Amazing stay!

I had an excellent experience staying at this furnished rental. The property was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything I needed was provided, and the space was comfortable for a longer stay. The landlord was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process from booking to move-out. Any questions were answered quickly, and communication was always clear and respectful. I would highly recommend this property and landlord to anyone using Furnished Finder, especially traveling professionals looking for a reliable and stress-free rental!

Incredible place!

My stay in Sylmar with L and M has been one of my favorites since I started as a travel nurse. Truly felt like a home away from home! The amazing space has everything and anything you could possibly need. The projector was a huge plus for me, I enjoyed many movie nights after a long shift. The location is great, with many grocery store options, restaurants, parks, and hospitals in the area. Parking is always available, and the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. 10/10 stay for me! Thanks again!

Wonderful stay, Wonderful hosts

This is an absolute gem to stay at. You have everything you need in the kitchen bathroom and bedroom and it is decorated very warm and with thoughts of home. L and M are just the nicest people and go above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. She would cook and bring things over which was very thoughtful considering that I was working as a travel nurse. They even took me to the park with the dogs, which was a lot of fun and a pizza party. They are the kindest and warmest people. I would recommend anybody staying at this property. You would definitely not be disappointed.

Dream stay

This property was perfect for us. Everything is brand new and clean, and the neighborhood is so beautiful. It is close enough to the freeway that you can get to anywhere in the city quickly, but not loud at all. You have your own private entrance and don't have to bother anyone to get in and out, parking is right up front, and always available. The inside is super spacious and comfortable. You have everything you could need in a home/kitchen/bathroom. L was a perfect host, very friendly and easy to talk to. She even came by with goodies during the holidays, which made us feel so welcome. All in all, it was a super peaceful space. Absolutely no problems with our stay and would definitely stay here again. If you're thinking about booking it, do it!

Paradise in Sylmar, CA

I feel so lucky to have found this property when I relocated to CA for a job opportunity. L and M are superb hosts and ensured when you move in you won't need anything accept your personal effects. They thought of every detail which includes the amazing 110" movie screen. The location is very convenient to Burbank airport and down town LA. You will certainly feel welcomed, safe and comfortable when staying at this property.

Safe, clean, property with all the comforts of home!

My stay at Olive Tree House was extremely pleasant/comfortable. Anything you could think of was already in the unit, but, if theres anything that you need, just ask L or M they are quick to answer. The location was so near to the hospital that I was working at that you could walk or ride a bike. I love that it was in an area where I didnt have to worry about LA traffic. I always felt safe and was able to have a good sleep (which is extremely important to me especially since I work nights). Although its at the back of the main house, its completely separate and you have your own personal space/privacy. The owners were so welcoming and they go out of their way for those around them. I find that its hard to find genuine people like them. I felt sad when I was leaving! I would highly recommend staying at any of their available rentals.
