The Grover Beach House rents for $3200 a month during the off Season-February, September, October. Peak Season January, March, April, May, June, July and August beach house rents for $3400 a month. I also provide inhouse Concierge Services at affordable prices.
Space
House comfortably accommodates 4 adults. Preferred one medium size to small pet. Pet must not be prone to shedding genetically. NO Cats allowed in on premises. Starting September 17th 2024 the house will list at $3200+ in the off season.
