Amazing stay!

Everything about the apartment was absolutely great. Awesome location close to food and stores. Very clean and well kept and maintained. Peace and quiet the whole 6 month stay and Tonette was very helpful with anything and everything we needed. Highly recommend!!

Great place to stay

Tonette was very attentive and responded to any issues or questions immediately. I stayed for 6 months and I loved it. The apartment had plenty of room and everything was clean and well kept. The location was great, too. Food, clothing stores, everything was within a 15 mine drive.

I had a wonderful experience with my stay in this apartment. Tonette demonstrates a high level of professionalism and responsiveness. Whenever I encountered an issue, Tonette promptly addressed it, ensuring it was resolved efficiently. The apartment is meticulously maintained and clean. The location is peaceful and conveniently situated near the airport, hospital, and various shopping centers. Should I return to Rochester for another assignment, I would definitely choose to lease this apartment again.

If you are looking for a gorgeous one bedroom apartment with amenities this is the place for you. The best features of this place is that it has an in unit laundry system. The apartment also has two gyms and a community work space area. The apartment is located in a safe and secure area and tenants have keys to enter and exit the building. If you are a busy professional and looking for safety and convenience this is the place for you. Mrs T is a wonderful landlord and very responsive to text and by phone. You will love it here!
