I can't say enough good things about this home and the landlord, Marie. The home has everything you need and is spacious and comfortable. The backyard was my favorite place with nice swinging chairs and a backyard full of wildlife all year long. It was closer to Home than any other property I've stayed in while travel nursing. Amazing

Peter is a 5 star host! He was present and attentive when I needed things but not hovering around. He left me with everything I needed and even some snacks. The property is perfect. Quiet. Cute. Functional. Great location. All the important things. I would absolutely recommend this property and host to my best friends. Thank you, Peter!

This unit was spotless, calm, and very comfortable. Peter was honestly great. Very attentive and easy to work with, making the entire experience super easy . Highly recommend!

Great stay

I enjoyed my time in this unit! Peter was very welcoming and reliable. The unit was clean, comfortable, and functioning for all of my needs. The Coronado neighborhood is great, close to many major hospitals making my commute easy and quick. Plenty of coffee shops/cafes (Ollie Vaughs) within walking distance. Very friendly neighbors and the unit is nestled off a quiet street. Parking is off-street and convenient. Peter also has the best food/restaurant reccs in town so be sure to ask him where to eat!

Quality

Fantastic, quiet, clean property. You have everything you need while staying here. Local, convenient, and in a great neighborhood. I am very fortunate to have spent a good time here and want to emphasize the level of safety in the neighborhood. The owner is a professional and accommodating host. The style of the home and choice of decorations and adornments make the property one of a kind. There is plenty of privacy on the property and room for a medium sized dog. You are in great care. The landlord is the best one I've had, very humble with a pay-it-forward attitude.

Perfect Space, Amazing Location.

The space is amazing. It boasts an amazing location- Having my own entrance, a small but private outdoor area with turf. A big one for me was a private bathroom. Everything inside is new & it has a very cold A/C. As for the host, Peter is professional, clean & I wish he was the host for all the properties I stayed at. Thank you again Peter for the amazing treatment & home!
