Great landlord and location

My husband and I moved from Illinois to Oregon to be closer to our family. We thought we would be renting for two months while we looked for a permanent location. As it happened, we couldn't find the right place and our rental lasted 4 months. We're really grateful this was the place we chose because Chris was a fantastic landlord! He was gracious and very accommodating while we looked for a home to buy. The apartment was comfortable and met all our needs, including being on one level for my husband who uses a walker. Thank you again to Chris and his family for their hospitality during our stay!

Great Stay!

Absolutely loved my stay here! Always felt safe in the area. Super close to gyms, grocery stores, restaurants, walking trails. Parking spot in the driveway was available but there is also plenty of street parking if needed. The landlords are very kind and respectful of privacy but quick and attentive if needed. I worked night shift and had no issues with noise and the bedroom has blackout curtains. The apartment is a great size and there is ample storage space in the closet. I would definitely stay again!
