Wonderful stay

Absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, we knew this place was something special. The property was impeccably clean and very well maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. Its clear that Erik and Kim take great pride in providing a top-notch experience, and it shows in every detail. The location couldnt be betterright across the street from Willowcroft Vineyard, which is hands down one of the best vineyards weve ever visited. Not only are their wines top-tier, but the atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and friendly. Whether youre a wine connoisseur or just someone who enjoys a nice glass, Willowcroft is a must-visit. The staff there made every visit memorable, treating you like family rather than just another guest. This place is perfect for a great stay, with every convenience you could need and so much charm that youll never want to leave. The combination of stunning views, top-quality wines, and such genuine, warm people made this an experience Ill never forget. Highly, highly recommend it! A true gem and blessing

My family of 4 needed a place to stay between the sale of our house in South Carolina and the completion of our new home in Virginia. We were so thankful that this beautiful carriage house was available and within our kid's new school district. This was basically our home for 3 1/2 months and it will be a memory my family has for the rest of our lives. The area is quiet with beautiful views and low traffic to enjoy nice walks. The property itself is well appointed and better than any hotel or short term rental we have used on vacation. It has everything you could need for a short or long stay with top notch hosts.

Great place to call home for a while

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Cloud View Cottage. The hosts were super friendly and responsive. The apartment was new, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The full kitchen allowed us to cook many meals just like we do at home. Walking the neighborhood became part of our routine since it was such a quiet and picturesque area. We took advantage of many short walks to the Willowcroft Winery and enjoyed the view of many sunsets over the Blue Ridge right from the living room. We look forward to returning again soon!
