The Perfect Place!!!

I was thrilled to find such a clean, beautifully decorated, and well-designed space. Sula was always quick to reply and text whenever I needed her! She was more than just a landlord; she became a friend and provided great advice when needed! The King Size Bed was super cozy! The washer and dryer in the unit made doing laundry easy!! I truly appreciated the thoughtful amenities, like the coffee bar, dishes and silverware, a wine opener, a hair dryer, and towels. She even bought a large, cozy patio umbrella for extra shade and privacy. The blackout curtains were amazing... I loved them! I could sleep in late whenever I wanted. The quiet neighborhood was lovely, and the location off 290 was very convenient. Sula and Stan really made their guests feel comfortable and safe; it was hard to leave! They were respectful and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this space to everyone.

Had a perfect stay!

I just completed my stay here, and I LOVED it!! The unit is completely private and has everything you could possibly need (and more!). Sula did an amazing job decorating the place, and even included my favorite Keurig pods and coffee creamer as well as provided various toiletries and laundry items. The neighborhood itself is also wonderful and has a beautiful trail along a pond that's perfect for a run or walk in the evenings. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in the Houston area I HIGHLY recommend staying here!

Outstanding

Wonderful place to stay. Ms. S is a very kind, professional, and accommodating host. The place is beautifully furnished in a nice, quiet neighborhood with all the amenities and privacy you need. Located just off Beltway 8, its a smooth commute to just about anywhere around Houston. Would highly recommend staying here to any one of my friends.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property and it was an incredible experience! The host was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We stayed for 30 days! The property itself was absolutely stunning - it was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities that I could have possibly needed. I truly felt like I was staying in a home away from home. The location of the property was also ideal - it was in one of the cutest neighborhoods in Houston and really close to the lake. Whether you're a first-time visitor or a seasoned traveler, this place is the perfect place to call home during your stay. Overall, I highly recommend this property.
