This wonderful townhome was a transition space for me over the summer of 2023 and was so delightful. Very clean, incredibly well-stocked in every regard (I think A should publish her list of things to stock in a new place as there wasn't anything that was thought of), the landlords A and B are absolutely delightful human beings and very responsive to any questions I had. They had recently planted the back garden and I got to watch the herb garden flourish while I was there and delighted in being able to cook with fresh herbs. The neighborhood is very quiet and despite the back patio having so many shared fences with other neighbors I only heard the neighbors less than a handful of times while I was there (and all of those were middle of the day on a weekend). No issue with townhome shared walls either and potentially hearing your neighbors through the walls (the insulation must be amazing). Overall a definite 5-star experience.
