Amazing house

Beautiful house in a great area! I was always to find street parking just a block down the road (without a residential parking pass), which is the absolute best. Completely unheard of in other parks of Philly. Beautiful inside decor and the outside sitting area was the best in the summer and fall. Very quiet street, always felt safe in the area; even as a single 25 year old woman. J, the landlord, is the absolute best person, will always answer when there is an issue and get the issue resolved so fast. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. House is also very big with open concept, and I love how she has every single cooking and baking utensils known to man. Kitchen is a dream for anyone who like to cook or host. The location of the house is only a mile from the art museum, so it is not in the center of Philly, but it is still walkable to many cute stores and shops.
