Tough to Beat

Hunting for the best for location, amenities, size, and interior condition is a tall order. Somehow, this listing/unit checks all those boxes (and then some). The neighborhood is peaceful, the amenities are updated and work well, the place is a comfortable two bedrooms, and the floors, walls, and other interior conditions are in good (recently updated) shape. John, the landlord, is easygoing and accommodating. Really solid listing that is tough to pass up!

Cozy enjoyable stay

Great Location, safe and quiet neighborhood with reserved parking, while street parking is not too bad it's nice to have a reserved space. 10-15 min walk to downtown and a few coffee shops and restaurants nearby. washer and dryer work excellent. Shower temperature and pressure were awesome.
