Amazing Long-Term Rental Experience! I had a wonderful experience staying at this rental during my travel contract. The home was comfortable, clean, well-maintained, and truly felt like a home away from home. The space had everything I needed for a long-term stay, and any questions or maintenance concerns were addressed promptly and professionally. Louise was communicative, accommodating, and easy to work with throughout my stay, which made the entire experience even better. I truly appreciated having a safe, comfortable, and welcoming place to call home during my time there. I would absolutely recommend this rental to any healthcare professional, business professional, or anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place for a long-term stay. A second home

If I hadn't found this place, I would not have continued my contracts for as long as I did. Ms. L has thought of everything a traveler needs and then some. The endless hot water tank is a god send after a long 12 hour shift and the neighborhood is quiet allowing for rest. The neighborhood is safe but the extra security she has kept me completely at ease if I was the only one home. She does everything she can to make your stay as easy as possible and keeps the apartment clean! The fully furnished kitchen was a blessing and made it easy to prep meals for my work weeks. If my travels ever bring me back to the area, this is the only place I would want to stay.

Home away from home

The basement apartment is safe, very clean, and fabulous!! Decorated very tastefully with comfort in mind. Also it is in a safe neighborhood that you can walk in if you choose to. The kitchen is well appointed and stocked with some of the creature comforts that have become a necessity. The bathroom is big and decorated beautifully with attention to detail, and the hot water is never a problem being there is a tankless water heater. The owner L is quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have, any issues are promptly taken care of. Its a nice home away from home to stay at.
