I can't say enough about my stay. I am so blessed to have met Alfred and so thankful for his hospitality. The apartment was the perfect size, very quite and safe. Close to hospitals and Dr. Offices. Highly recommend this apartment.

Cozy stay
I had the absolute pleasure of staying with Alfred and his lovely family. The apartment is a finished basement conveniently located in a safe neighborhood near restaurants, grocery and convenient stores. The apartment has a private entry with private washer and dryer unit, fully equipped kitchen with cleaning and bathroom essentials provided. Alfred and his wife were very hospitable and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. The apartment is very clean and well kept. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a comfortable and cozy stay!

Quite, safe and cozy!
I can't say enough about this little apartment and the owners. A and his wife welcomed me in and treated me (and my family when they visited) as if we were apart of their family. The apartment is very safe and comfortable. It has everything you need while staying there. It's 15 minutes away from University of Maryland Capitol Region if you're a traveling RN to that location. Very close to DC and lots of shopping close by as well. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property!

10/10 apartment deal
This apartment is even more spacious than it looks. It is updated and has everything you need. The host made me feel welcomed and like I was never a bother. I always felt safe with the motion lights and parking close to the house. The neighborhood is great for walking and there are also pickleball/tennis courts available in the community (walking distance from house). I felt so fortunate to be able to stay here with the host, they were my home away from home. 10/10 would do it all over again.

Awesome private unit with great hosts!!
I so enjoyed my stay in this basement unit. It was a quiet, safe neighborhood, the unit was so private and cozy. The hosts were so responsive and available whenever I needed anything! DC, Alexandria/Arlington and Annapolis all short drives with lots to do! Highly recommend!
