Quiet Scottsdale Condo - Pool, Parking, Travel Nurse Friendly, 90 Day Stays

Very nice place

Had a great experience staying at this condo. Very nice property. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The black out curtains were especially nice. Everything I needed was there. Close to Old Town and the freeway. Nicole was a great host. Would stay again.

Short term lease

I stayed at this apartment for about 8 months while doing travel assignments in Arizona. It's a great location, convenient for traveling for work, right off the 101 freeway and close to the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. Nicole is very sweet and easy landlord. If I ever needed anything she was quick to respond and handle it. The apartment is perfect for one person, has laundry, parking, and all essentials for living. Nicole provides with a stocked kitchen and bathroom amenities. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet, and friendly. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and I would stay again in the future.

Amazing stay!

We had a great stay here! The unit is amazing and comfortable. Great area and spot for restaurants and bars and close to the highway to get to things quick. The landlord was very nice and on top of everything! She is very responsive and is quick to get anything resolved. Its hard to find good landlords like this nowa days, its important to have a landlord like this one! I highly recommend this unit and would love to stay here again!

Comfortable stay

Had a comfortable stay at this condo. Really appreciated the upgraded cookware in the kitchen; most rentals have teflon and cookware that isn't great for your health. The washer and dryer are on the small side, but it was great to have them in the unit. The furnishings were all on the newer side and comfortable. Nice internet TV; easy connection to internet. The complex itself was on the quiet side, which was nice. Super close to many locations in Scottsdale. The property owner was super friendly and helpful; she was easy to reach and really responsive to any questions.
