C is a lovely roommate who is respectful and kind. The location cant be beat as it is central to everything. The neighborhood is safe and quiet with lots of street parking. The bed is also very comfortable! I enjoyed my stay while I was working here.
About the landlord

I have lived all over San Diego and the longest in my current home. I am a meetings and events planner and travel 1-2 weeks out of the month and up to 3 weeks during the summer months. I enjoy cooking and baking and I keep a clean home. I have a 4 year old dog.
