Great host and great stay!!

Casa Caal is the perfect stay. Its located just a five-minute walk from Point Fermin and the Korean Friendship Bell, and about 20 minutes from Cabrillo Beach. The home is tucked away in a peaceful and friendly neighborhood. As a single woman, I always felt very safetheres a front parking spot for easy access and a double-locked private entrance for peace of mind. The house itself is beautifully furnished and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need, including a full kitchen with high-quality appliances and utensils. While the space is small, its perfect for one person and even includes a full walk-in closet. Trisha is an amazing host who clearly takes great pride in the property. She made me feel right at home, even inviting me on neighborhood walks and checking in to ensure I had a wonderful stay. Honestly, I cant think of a single negative. For a one-bedroom short-term rental in this area, its also very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Everything you can ask for

An absolutely amazing stay and accommodation. I stayed in this beautiful San Pedro studio over the past summer for a clinical rotation at a nearby hospital and it could not have been more perfect. The coast is just a walk down the hill, with a nearby park and multiple hiking options for your leisure. I would spend multiple hours on the weekends exploring just the coast of San Pedro and the Korean Friendship Bell! The location is safe, scenic, and convenient for the west side of LA. Trish and her husband were absolute wonderful hosts and made me feel like part of the family. They were extremely respectful, communicative, and hospitable. They even had a list of activities to check out in the area! The accommodation is also perfect and comes with everything you may need for your stay. Highly recommend!!

Lovely Stay in San Pedro

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming studio in San Pedro for a month, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The space itself is exactly as describedcute, clean, cozy, and incredibly quiet. The private entrance provided me with the perfect sense of privacy, and I always felt safe in the neighborhood, which is a huge plus. The location is just a short walk from the ocean which made for some great evening strolls and beautiful coastal views. Inside, the studio had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen, with its 2-burner stove and full fridge, was more than enough for cooking simple meals, and having a full bath made the space feel even more homey. Lastly, Trisha was incredibly accommodating and responsive throughout my stay. Any questions or minor issues were quickly addressed, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. My schedule was less than ideal with working a week of nights and Trisha was very accommodating to that. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient coastal getaway!
