The Mermaids cove is less than 100 yards from the beach with beach access. I am charging a 6500 "Summer Use fee" for summer use for the months of June July and August only, so rent basically rent for those months is more.

Cottage Near the Beach
We loved Cs cottage in Madison, CT! The location was amazing and was just steps away from a private beach. We wished we could have stayed here during the summer in order to take advantage of the beach. The house had everything we needed to make the place feel like home and our dog loved having his own yard. Would recommend.
