A lovely Centrally Located private rental

Patricia was a very sweet and kind host who communicated with me very well. As a travel nurse, this was a perfect location as it is centrally located in Colorado Springs. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The apartment is clean, with all of the needed amenities. The kitchen is a little small, but for one person, it is more than enough. I was here for about 2 months, and I did not have any issues, but Patricia is quick to respond if you need to reach out to her for anything. This was a lovely home, and Patricia was a great host! I would happily stay here again if I ever go back to Colorado Springs.

Not so .....Private

In the beginning Patricia was nice and accommodating. And within first 30 days I knew this would not be a fit. I counted and documented 12 times either her or family members would go to crawl space located in bedroom or use laundry. Laundry was supposed to be every other Thursday. Nope, it was every Monday from 10am to 2:30-3pm. And I asked her a few times to use front entrance. Rather than go through a private door smack in the middle of my apartment. But no, she chose to invade my privacy even more by walking past bathroom and my bedroom through the living room. Apparently privacy is not a concern at all. When my settlement was delayed and rent fell behind, it got to be impossible to stay there. An eviction reasoy was blatantly lied about , door pounded on, locked out on a few occasions, harassed constantly. Any guest that visited were greeted by an old woman glaring them down.
