A cozy two-bedroom apartment near Humboldt park

I stayed in Dora's carriage house for two months and loved it. The decorations feel warm and inviting (no sterile Airbnb vibes!), and the furniture was very comfortable. The washer and dryer were perfect for my needs. I loved being a few minutes from Humboldt and 20 minutes away from the shops on Milwaukee. Dora was a responsive, kind host, and I felt right at home.

Great place, great location!

I stayed here for about three months and thought the place was fantastic. Dora is very friendly and, more importantly, very responsive! The property is just as described and I found it charming. The neighborhood is nice and I loved being so close to the 606 trail. It is only a 12-15 minute walk to the Blue Line (but if you feel lazy some days, there are even closer bus options to drop you off at the Blue Line). There's also a 24/7 grocery store that is just a 5-10 minute walk away, also very convenient. Also very close to Logan Square, my favorite neighborhood! Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice and charming part of Chicago.

Sacred space

Once you meet Dora and enter this magical space, nothing else can compare . Close to everything you need or could want on foot, or by car, including a quick walk to enter the 606 Bloomingdale trail. Everything you need is here, including safety and community within the courtyard. I cant recommend a better experience. Theyre close by for whatever you need, to make your stay nothing less than amazing! After 5 months from November til April I didnt want to leave!

Amazing Stay, Will Stay Again!

Stop what you're doing and rent this house! My two month stay was nothing short of amazing. The owners are so incredibly kind and helpful with anything you may need. The house was always spotless, had A/C for the summer months, comfy beds, in unit wash/dryer, and had free parking down the street! The house is private and set back from the street, which is perfect for quiet evenings. I cannot recommend this place enough, and I'm excited to rent from them again!

Nice and comfortable stay

Very nice coach house, clean, comfortable and quiet. As shown in pictures, with amenities provided! The location is in a nice neighborhood, parking available. Dora and Dan were amazing hosts, they addressed any inquiries I had very quickly! Walking distance to Humboldt Park Health ( 5 minutes drive ). I had a great stay and definitely recommended!
