Newly built cottage adjacent to our family home. Lovely porch with seating area, full kitchen designed with the cook in mind. New comfy leather sofa with plenty of blankets. Very comfortable queen bed with large closet in main bedroom. Flexible 2nd smaller bedroom that can be used as a bedroom or office. (Pottery Barn Daybed with pull out trundle - memory foam mattress is very comfortable!).

Neighborhood overview
Quiet neighborhood with a beautiful park that great for walking just two doors down. Our downtown with shops and dining is a short 5 minute drive or 1/2 hour walk, as is the waterfront Marina, also a great place for walking.

Adorable Cottage / Perfect Location
We have lived in the cottage for 18 months while working in Concord. The cottage is ideal for one or two guests with modern furnishings and appliances. The Chef's kitchen was my favorite! It is located on the landlord's property but your privacy is respected. The cottage is located at the end of a culdesac and has a small neighborhood park for walks or for pets. The location in relation to the hospitals are ideal as it is a reverse commute, 15 minutes. I can't say enough about the kindness and accommodating manner of the landlord. Your comfort is priority. We will miss our time here.

Great Place to Stay in NorCal
This was our 2nd assignment in Vacaville but had discovered Benicia the first time and KNEW that was where we wanted to live. We actually lived there for 10 months (FF won't let me put the actual move in date) and Jenny and Mike's place was perfect! Quiet, end of a street (next to a small park) house where you share 1 wall with the landlords. We worked outside of the unit so we rarely heard anything. Mike and Jenny are so welcoming and wanted us to really enjoy our stay, which we did! I made a suggestion/request about a shoe rack and (boom), it was there! Just one example of how lovely and accommodating they are. We also loved taking walks down 1st street and going to the Farmers Market and other events there, as well. Benicia is a lovely place to live and Jenny & Mike's place is a great way to enjoy it.

Amazing Unit!
I am a travel nurse and stayed in this unit for about 3 months. I loved staying here! The unit is cozy and comfortable with updated appliances and furnishings. The owners are very kind, responsive, and accommodating. I had about a 15 min drive to Kaiser- Vallejo so it was in a perfect location. Safe neighborhood as I went for several solo walks and never had an issue. Would recommend this place to anyone!
