Urban living at it's finest! UNM/Nob Hill area!

Spacious, modern, 11/10 starred apartment near the heart of the city!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this 5-star Furnished Finder apartment, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I knew I had made the right decision by signing a lease here. The apartment is furnished with everything you could possibly need for a long-term stay. It is in a great location, with most amenities within walking distance. There are great restaurants nearby, coffee shops, a grocery, and the UNM campus is right across the street -- excellent for evening or morning walks! The landlord is reliable and always ready to help if there are issues, and takes care of them promptly. Overall, (and I don't give this lightly) I have no complaints with the property. If I ever need to have a long term stay in ABQ again, I would definitely hope I could rent this property again. 11/10 stars!

Excellent/Excellent/Excellent

This property is excellent with an excellent landlord. Its location is close to everything you could need, almost all within walking distance (Walgreens, the grocery, great restaurants, coffee shops, etc.) The apartment is also well furnished with every single thing you could possibly need (honestly more than youd even think of having) to have a comfortable long term stay. Even the pencils on the desks in the bedrooms came sharpened upon move in. The landlord is extremely reliable and responds quickly to any issues, but also is hands-off and lets you be. For example, the bathtub was draining slowly, and with one simple text the landlord had the plumber there the next day to fix it. Overall, I highly recommend this place. If you have been looking for a sign on your ABQ apartment hunt, consider it over. I would definitely rent this place again (Coming from someone who didnt see it in person before they moved in)!

AMAZING

I had a really positive experience staying at this rental. The property is brand new and stocked with anything you might need such as plenty of linens, cooking utensils, etc. The unit and overall property are kept very clean. I also like how everything is styled including the back patio painted by a local artist. No expenses were spared to make this unit comfortable. It is in an excellent location across from UNM in Nob Hill with local restaurants, theaters, shopping, etc. within walking distance. BUT, it is not so close that noise was ever an issue for me. I slept well even during shenanigans like Halloween night. The host is very responsive and while I only had one very minor issue during my stay, she acted to correct it immediately. If I am ever back in the area, I would absolutely try to stay here again. Thank you!!
