wonderful

This basement apartment was cozy, comfortable, and spacious. The apartment had everything I needed. I was able to walk to and from Seattle Childrens on nice days and close enough to public transportation on rainy days. It is close enough to the hospital that I didnt need to pay for parking at the hospital. There were plenty of great Coffee shops and restaurants close enough to walk to. Street parking was never an issue and available right in front of the house. R was a great landlord and was always available and quick to reply. I would highly recommend staying here and would stay again if I found myself in Seattle for another contract.
