1/3 acre on quiet culdesac with excellent neighbors. We have lived here 26 years. We are located about 1+ mile from downtown Olympia and the Capitol bldg.
House built in 1936 and quite charming. A little history: it was moved to this location in 1950's so I-5 could be built.
Space
Room is 10x14 and very sunny with blackout curtains.
Small half bath (toilet/sink).
The shower is shared with owner and is across the hall.
Room has a Roku television, fridge/freezer, double bed, recliner, large dresser, table, shelves and a small closet. Bedding and bathroom linens can be provided.
Kitchen is fully stocked with large and small appliances including a washer and dryer.

Neighborhood overview
Quiet culdesac. One side has an elementary school, the other a shallow lake. Friendly neighbors. On bus lines, 3 blocks off Capital Blvd leading to downtown Olympia (left) or Tumwater (right). Very easy access to I-5.
