Chill Axe Inn Master

Chill Lax

Monica has been very helpful in meeting my needs as a healthcare professional. I haven't worked nights in years. My schedule is crazy, I appreciate the accommodations and generosity. Great Location...

Security Deposit was not returned Proceed with caution

I had a disappointing experience renting from this landlord. After moving out, my security deposit was not returned, and despite multiple attempts to contact her, communication was extremely poor. I followed the lease terms and left the property in good condition, yet she refused to address my concerns or provide an explanation. I want to caution future renters to be careful when dealing with this landlord. My experience felt like I was being taken advantage of, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same. Always document everything and consider alternative options if transparency and communication are important to you.

Convenient and accomodating

Was relocating to the area and this home was central, quiet, and convenient. Plus I needed to travel with a pet and the host here was understanding and helpful. First time using Furnished Finders and this was a great experience. I would also add that the people here were very nice. Would recommend.

Cincinnati Paradise

I stayed at this property for a travel assignment which I was canceled early. I would have loved to stay longer as the property was awesome as well as the hostess. The accommodations were very nice and I became quick friends with the owner. I feel like Ive known her for years. I highly recommend this location as its convenient to everything and you cant beat the location as well as the lovely people who live at the house.

Feels like home

Living here for 5 months felt like home. Everything was clean, bed was comfy, very spacious. Working in health care for long shifts the host was amazing. She became a friend and family to not only me but to my dog. If I even get the opportunity to work in the area again I would love to stay here again!
