I stayed at Joni's place for 9 months while I was working in Nashua. Joni is an exceptional landlord. She made sure I always had everything I needed during my time in Manchester. She is very responsive and communicates promptly if you any needs arise. Throughout my stay she would make recommendations of things to do and see while I was in Manchester. I appreciated that a lot being I had never lived there before. The unit has everything you need and if you find out you need something, Joni will make sure you are taken care of. I had asked Joni for blackout curtains for the bedroom and she installed them within a few days. I slept so much better with the curtains. If you are thinking of staying with Joni, don't hesitate any more. Send her a message. You will love staying here!

Great summer in Manchester!!

I really enjoyed my stay at this property! The neighborhood / house felt safe & was quiet. The apartment is equipped with whatever you need. The landlord is very responsive & great to work with. I would absolutely stay here again.

Cute and Cozy Home in the Heart of Manchester

The property is very well taken care of and the owner is great to work with. She really cares for her tenants. The house comes with free parking in the back that is easily accessable to the entrance of the house. The electronic locks make it very easy to get in and out of. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator and it is fully stocked for all of your cooking and dining needs. The bathroom is spacious and the shower has great water pressure and heat! The bed has a newer matress and is very comfortable to sleep on. The bedroom consists of a large dresser and a spacious closet. There is plenty of room to store your clothes and other belongings. There is an extra room in the house that is a great area to read and relax. It also comes with an extra closet, a large bean bag, and a desk. The onsite laundry room is in the basement and is easily accessible. The washer and dryers work great! The property is in a convenient location that is close to everything. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful, clean and located in safe and quiet neighborhood! The apartment is spacious and well insulated, which makes it very cozy. And the bed is comfortable too! The property is only a 4-minutes drive to Elliot Hospital where I was on assignment. J, the owner, was very attentive to my needs and was always only a text or phone call away. I would definitely return there and highly recommend this property.
